Job Description
State Bank of India (SBI) is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Document Verification Executives to join our team across multiple locations including Bhopal, Guwahati, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Delhi NCR, and South India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of customer documentation in compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Verification: Review and verify customer documents, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and comply with SBI’s guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate records of verified documents in the bank’s systems.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers as needed to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
- Compliance: Adhere to all compliance standards and internal policies related to document verification.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on verification activities and flag any issues for further investigation.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless processing of documents.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to maintain high standards of document verification and address any quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
Experience:
- Previous experience in document verification or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
