Job Description:
Overview:
Big Basket is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Grocery Stacker for our Sutiana location. As a Grocery Stacker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient picking and packing of grocery items, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick grocery items based on customer orders and pack them securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Stock Management: Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the stock area, ensuring items are stored correctly and inventory levels are monitored.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing, ensuring that only the best products reach the customers.
- Order Fulfillment: Follow operational procedures to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment, meeting set productivity targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse, including proper handling and storage of products.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to streamline operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move products of varying weights and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required.

- Salary: Competitive monthly salary of ₹12,187 plus allowances and benefits.
- Allowances: Additional ₹1,500 for night shift and ₹1,500 for reward and recognition.
