Job Description:
As a Retail Store Manager at V-Mart, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores across various locations in India. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing store staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Manage overall store operations, including sales, inventory, and staffing.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and implement effective stock management practices.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and visual merchandising are aligned with company standards and attract customers.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, monitor key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
