Job Summary:
Oppo is hiring experienced Production, Quality Operator, and Packing Associates for our Noida facility. This multifaceted role involves overseeing production operations, ensuring quality control, and handling packing duties. The ideal candidate will have a background in production and quality management, with hands-on experience in packing processes. This position offers a competitive salary, overtime pay, and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Production:
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment efficiently.
- Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
Quality Control:
- Inspect and test products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document quality control issues and work with the team to resolve them.
- Ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards and regulations.
Packing:
- Accurately pack finished products for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and secured.
- Verify packing materials and product quantities to meet order specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Graduation, ITI Diploma, or 12th Grade.
- Experience: Prior experience in production, quality control, and packing roles.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively under pressure, and knowledge of quality standards and packing procedures.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: ₹11,713 per month.
- Overtime Pay: ₹107 per hour.
- Attendance Award: ₹2,000 per month.
- Night Allowance: ₹50 per night shift.
