- Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure product and service excellence, improve customer satisfaction and retention

- Expertise in working with CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, etc.
- Experience in a tech product organization
- Openness towards working across shifts
