Job Description:
Minda Kosei Aluminum Ltd., a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry, is looking for skilled Welders and Fitters to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a reputable company and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welder:
- Perform welding operations on various metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Ensure high-quality welds in accordance with industry standards.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and test welded joints for structural integrity.
Fitter:
- Assemble and fit metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Use hand and power tools to shape, cut, and assemble metal parts.
- Ensure precise alignment and fitting of components.
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot fitting issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th/12th/Graduation and ITI.
- Experience: Previous experience in welding or fitting is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings, attention to detail, and good manual dexterity.
- Certificates: Aadhar Card, ITI Certificate (if applicable), 12th Certificate (if applicable), Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary for 10th/12th/Graduation: ₹16,700 per month.
- Salary for ITI holders: ₹17,500 per month.
- Additional Benefits:
- One-time free meal provided daily.
- Room rent for the first month is ₹1,000.
Location:
This position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary.
