Job Description:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned area of Delhi-NCR, including East Delhi, North Delhi, South Delhi, and West Delhi. They will need to utilize their sales experience and strong relationships to enhance distribution networks, resolve market issues, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate and sell Parle G products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and monitor competitor activities.
- Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and manage inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Implement and manage promotional activities and sales campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales volumes, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Manager.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
