Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Service Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests’ needs and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Kitchen Helper Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the chef or kitchen manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required.
- Help with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- General Responsibilities:
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo’s standards and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
