Job Description:
LDS Guarding Solutions is seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards and Bouncers to join our dynamic team across various locations including Noida, Delhi-NCR, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh. As a Security Guard/Bouncer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols to monitor and protect the premises. Remain alert to detect and respond to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter. Verify identification and manage entry and exit logs.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, incidents, or disturbances. Provide first aid if necessary and report incidents to the relevant authorities.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors or clients with professionalism. Provide directions and information as needed while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities. Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant legal requirements or regulations.
Qualifications:
- Physical Fitness: Must meet the minimum height requirement of 5 feet 6 inches and be in good physical condition to handle the demands of the job.
- Educational Background: Must have passed the 12th grade.
- Experience: Previous experience in security or bouncer roles is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrates strong integrity and professionalism at all times.
