Job Description:
Vodafone India is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Managers. As a Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our retail outlets to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of Vodafone retail outlets.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide leadership and guidance to retail staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and develop retail staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
