Job Role and Responsibilities:
As an Apprentice at SMR Automotive System India Ltd., you will:
- Assist in Manufacturing Processes: Support the production team in various manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, and quality inspection of automotive parts.
- Operate Machinery: Learn to operate and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Participate in quality control processes to ensure that products meet industry standards and specifications.
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of production activities and inventory management.
- Maintenance: Support routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced technicians and engineers to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.
- Safety Practices: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- 12th Pass (Science stream preferred)
- ITI Certificate in relevant trades (e.g., Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, etc.)
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to changing technologies and processes.

12th Pass: Rs10648 /Month + Attendance Bonus Rs 400
Over Time: 60 to 65 Rs per hour (Single)
