Job Description
Job Overview:
Join the dynamic manufacturing team at Havells, a leading name in electrical products. We are looking for dedicated individuals to be part of the assembly process for Air Conditioners and Washing Machines. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the production of high-quality consumer appliances.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet safety and performance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines.
- Report any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10th Pass: ₹15,500/month (inclusive of PF & ESIC)
- 12th Pass: ₹15,500/month (inclusive of PF & ESIC)
- ITI (Government Recognized) & Graduates: ₹16,500/month (inclusive of PF & ESIC)
- Diploma Holders: ₹20,000/month (inclusive of PF & ESIC)

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
