Job description
- Align account objectives and financial targets with center/ops leadership, fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.
- Cultivate leadership and general management skills within teams, promoting seamless succession planning and personnel development to enhance delivery quality.
- Serve as regional executive leadership for contracted deployments in Silver Spring, overseeing activities and ensuring smooth escalation processes.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers and Silver Spring leadership, ensuring alignment and proactive problem-solving.
- Maintain a balanced approach between client dedication and objectivity, fostering trust and independence in decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages promptly and efficiently to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Basic Qualifications/ Requirements:
- 10 Pass
- Valid PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Driving Licence.
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS devices.
