Job Purpose:
As a key contributor to Infra Brick India Pvt Ltd, your role will be pivotal in driving the success and growth of our esteemed real estate enterprise. We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill various managerial positions, including Sales Managers, General Managers, Tele Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers. Your primary purpose will be to lead, innovate, and contribute to the continued success of Infra Brick.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Managers:
- Lead the charge in devising and executing robust sales strategies.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Spearhead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
General Managers:
- Oversee and streamline daily operations for organizational efficiency.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to various departments.
- Ensure the implementation of policies and adherence to industry standards.
Tele Sales Managers:
- Drive outbound sales initiatives, engaging with potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions.
Marketing Managers:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Innovate and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.
Educational Qualifications:
- 12 Pass or Graduation
- Post-graduation: MBA or PGDM.
