Position Overview:
As a Branch Relationship Manager / Elite Relationship Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and affluent clients. You will be responsible for understanding their financial needs, offering tailored banking solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking dynamic sales professionals for the role of Branch Relationship Manager / Elite Relationship Manager. The selected candidates will develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth Customers, source new customers, ensure high levels of customer service, cross-sell bank products, and coordinate with other group companies for seamless customer experience. The role also involves planning special sales initiatives and maintaining complete relationship records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and affluent individuals, ensuring their banking needs are met with personalized service and attention.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive sales of the bank’s products and services, including savings accounts, investment products, loans, and other financial solutions. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products.
- Financial Advisory: Provide expert financial advice and solutions tailored to clients’ financial goals and requirements. Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their investments and other financial activities.
- Client Retention: Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, financial products, and competitor activities to offer informed and competitive solutions to clients.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures. Maintain high standards of compliance and risk management in all client interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch staff and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification in finance is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in relationship management, sales, or financial advisory roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in relevant banking software and tools.
