3. CASA Voice: In the CASA (Customer Assistance and Support) Voice role, you will be responsible for delivering clear, concise, and effective communication to our customers. Your voice will help bridge the gap between our services and our clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities For Customer Associate Role:
- Provide high-quality customer service and support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Content Writer Position Overview
We need a Content Writing Expert to enhance AI-generated content. You’ll ensure accuracy and relevance while collaborating with teams.
Qualifications:
– Master’s in English, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
– Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
– Experience in various writing styles.
– Understanding of AI and natural language processing.
– Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
– Write, edit, and refine content.
– Ensure quality for AI model training.
– Collaborate with teams on project goals.
– Develop guidelines and mentor writers.
CASA Sales Role Requirements
- Eligibility: Open to any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Experience: Immediate joiners required; candidates with at least 6 months of documented BPO experience are preferred.
Laptop Pre-Requisites:
- Operating System: Must have Windows 10 or 11.
