Job description

  • Complete backend process in BFSI domain.
  • Graduation mandatory, with minimum 9 months of banking experience.
  • Comfortable with 24*7 shifts (Day Shift for Females).
  • Experience in email handling.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills required.

Responsibilities:

    1. Handling backend operations efficiently to ensure smooth functioning of banking processes.
    2. Processing and verifying customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
    3. Managing and maintaining customer records and databases securely.
    4. Assisting with account opening, closure, and maintenance procedures.
    5. Handling documentation related to loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
    6. Conducting data entry and validation tasks with high accuracy.
    7. Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
    8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    9. Collaborating with other departments for process improvement initiatives.
    10. Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of backend operations in the BFSI sector.

Basic Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Graduation mandatory, with minimum 9 months of banking experience.
  • Should have Valid PAN Card & Aadhar Card
