Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Amazon is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. In this role, you’ll be working from the comfort of your home, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, order issues, and general support via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by following standard procedures and guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s products, services, and promotions to provide informed support.
- Document interactions and transactions with customers for future reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply
- Candidate shouldn’t be pursuing any Regular Course.
- Excellent English communication is Mandate
- Should be comfortable to work for Night Shifts and flexible shift/ week offs
- Freshers who are done with there academic/examination can also apply
What We Offer:
- Compensation & Other Benefits :Salary Base Pay : 2,02,000 to 3,40,500 PA/-
