Job Description

  • Create new business opportunities by building trust and contacts with clients.
  • Provide a brief about the product, features, and benefits to customers.

Responsibilities:

    1. Engage with potential clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
    2. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat.
    3. Understand customer needs and queries, and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
    4. Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
    5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
    6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer retention.
    7. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
    8. Achieve and exceed targets for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion.
    9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support, sales, or lead generation roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving results.
