Job Summary:
As an Assembly Operator at Motherson Automotive Lighting India Pvt Ltd, you will play a critical role in our production process. You will be responsible for assembling automotive lighting components with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble automotive lighting components according to predefined assembly procedures and work instructions.
- Inspect and test assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Operate assembly machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any defects or issues to the supervisor or quality control team promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment as needed.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of assembly processes and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
