Position: Production Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process.
- Perform routine inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Assemble and test auto parts according to specifications.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Assist in quality control processes to ensure product standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th, 12th, or ITI Pass.
- Age between 18 to 32 years.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: Rs. 20,000/- In-hand per month for 12-hour shifts.
- Free tea and affordable lunch at Rs. 25/- per meal.
- Company-provided bus transport.
