Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Services:
    • Assist passengers with check-in processes, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags.
    • Provide information and support regarding flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and boarding procedures.
    • Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner.
    • Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience from arrival to departure.
  • Airport Operations:
    • Coordinate with various airport departments and teams to ensure efficient airport operations.
    • Monitor and manage passenger flow to avoid congestion and ensure timely boarding.
    • Assist in the coordination of flight schedules and gate assignments.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
    • Handle special requests from passengers, such as assistance for those with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, and VIP services.
  • General Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of daily operations and customer interactions.
    • Provide timely and accurate reports to supervisors and management.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on airline policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and basic software applications.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
