Job Description:
Nokia Manufacturing Company in Noida is seeking dedicated and reliable Production Associates to join our dynamic Production Department. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure product quality and safety.
- Inspect and test products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assist in setting up machines and equipment for production runs.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the production process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum education level: 10th/12th grade or a Diploma.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.
Additional Information:
- Overtime work is available and compensated at double the regular hourly rate.
- Training will be provided for selected candidates.
