Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Operator, Quality Operator, Production, and Soldering. The successful candidates will be responsible for various tasks related to production, quality assurance, and soldering to ensure the efficient and effective manufacturing of electronic components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production:
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Assemble electronic components and products according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks and inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Identify and report defects or issues with products or processes.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality concerns and improve processes.
- Soldering:
- Perform soldering tasks on electronic components and circuit boards.
- Ensure precise and accurate soldering to maintain product integrity and functionality.
- Inspect solder joints for quality and reliability.
- General Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: 10th/12th pass.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and soldering techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
