Role and Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Drive sales and promote Paytm’s products and services to potential customers in assigned territories.
- Customer Engagement: Identify and approach potential clients through direct sales and on-ground activities.
- Product Demonstration: Provide demonstrations and explanations of Paytm’s offerings to customers to enhance product understanding and increase sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to help shape business strategies.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: 10th/12th grade or Graduate.
- Experience: Previous experience in field sales is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers with a strong drive to succeed are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a keen interest in sales and customer service.
- Location: Willing to travel and work in various locations across India as per the assigned territory.
