Job Description:
Airtel, one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals for the roles of NMT Engineer and ISP Engineer. These roles are crucial in maintaining and enhancing our network infrastructure to provide top-notch services to our customers across India.
Key Responsibilities:
NMT Engineer:
- Monitor and maintain network management tools.
- Ensure the smooth operation of network systems, including routers, switches, and servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
- Perform regular network performance analysis and provide reports.
- Assist in the implementation of network projects and upgrades.
- Collaborate with the technical team to optimize network performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
ISP Engineer:
- Install and maintain internet service provider (ISP) equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of ISP infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ISP services.
- Assist in the deployment of new ISP services and upgrades.
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve their queries.
- Ensure the security and reliability of ISP networks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and technical issues.
Qualifications:
For NMT Engineer:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Basic knowledge of network management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
For ISP Engineer:
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass + Diploma in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of ISP infrastructure and equipment.
- Basic understanding of networking and internet protocols.
- Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of ISP equipment is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Location:
This position is open for multiple locations across India. Candidates must be willing to relocate as per the business requirements.
