Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager/Senior Manager-Scheduling in their duties.
- Execute assigned official duties under the Scheduling DPM and company regulations.
- Handle day-to-day operations for Tech Crew Scheduling, including IROPS.
- Prepare and crosscheck FDTL extension reports.
- Update ongoing trackers and respond to crew inquiries.
- Ensure flight coverage for D+1 and future rosters in compliance with DGCA limits.
- Collaborate with OCC, planning, and training teams to resolve pilot queries.
- Monitor and compile monthly data on special requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for roster escalations.
Basic Qualifications/ Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a Recognized university.
Eligibility:
- Must be at the level of Executive (1A).
- Minimum tenure of 18 months in the current role and level as of the date of IJP release.
- Must have attained a minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal.
- Must be confirmed in service.
Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency in ARMS system preferred.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent team player with strong IT skills, including MS Office and Excel.
- Minimum 6 months’ prior experience in Roster Planning/scheduling of Cockpit Crew.
- Prior experience in CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Indian DGCA regulations.
