Exciting Freelance Opportunity for Field Customer Support in Delhi NCR with IndiaMART!

Are you a 2-wheeler rider based in New Delhi or Delhi NCR? We’re looking for active freelancers to join our Seller Enrichment Process at IndiaMART. As part of this dynamic role, you’ll be collecting essential details from business and shop owners, contributing to the growth of our platform.

What We Need:

Capture the following details from business/shop owners:

  1. Shop/office outlet picture
  2. Visiting card with contact person’s name, email, and mobile number
  3. Complete address with pin code
  4. 3 product photos with prices
  5. GST number (captured along with shop/office outlet picture)
  6. Additional information if possible, such as business type (Retailer/Wholesaler/Manufacturer), website/social media address, and brochure.

Candidate Eligibility:

  • Comfortable with field travel
  • 12th Pass
  • Age above 18 years
  • Own a smartphone
  • Based in New Delhi & Delhi NCR, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad

Selection Process:

  1. IndiaMART Online Assessment Test
  2. Submission of mandatory documents

Required Documents:

  • Address Proof: Aadhaar Card
  • ID Proof: PAN Card
  • Bank Details: Cancelled Cheque/Bank Statement/Passbook
  • Passport size photograph
  • Valid Driving License

Perks and Benefits:

  • Minimum 250 seller details captured every month for Rs. 15,000/-
  • Additional Rs. 60/- for each extra seller detail captured

Fuel Allowance:

  • After successfully connecting with 50 sellers: Rs. 250
  • After 100 sellers: Rs. 500
  • After 200 sellers: Rs. 1000
  • After 300 sellers: Rs. 1500

Example: If you complete 300 seller connects in a month: Rs. 15,000 (fixed) + Rs. 60*50 (extra 50 sellers) + Rs. 1500 (Petrol) = Rs. 19,500/month
