Job Description:
Reporting: Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Promote high-quality sales and customer satisfaction.
- Help customers to resolve their complaints quickly and effectively.
- Look for selling opportunities with the customer.
- Aim to preserve customers and renew.
Working Guidelines
- Field working time of 9 Hours daily
- Total 10 face-to-face meetings with customers to be scheduled.
- Minimum 15 to 25 KM travel per day (No Travel Allowance, opportunity to earn incentive on achievement of sales targets as mentioned below).
- Customer Data will be provided. Executives will need to arrange meetings with customers on given addresses / mobile numbers & sell company products and services.
- Need to identify new customers in their area.
Qualification Criteria
- Must have an android phone.
- Must own a 2 wheeler for travelling- Scooter, Scooty or bike.
- Must be willing to relocate or should be living in the working city.
- 12+ or Graduate Educational qualification
- Maximum 1-2 years of work experience. Sales experience will be prioritized.
Salary Guidelines for Agency
- Depend upon the current salary of the selected candidate: max, up to 18,000 In hand.

Onboarding and Training
- Two days of online training.
- 7 days independent field visits with proper handholding by TL.
