Techno Functional Consultant Job in Tech Mahindra Company

This role is dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions by bridging the gap between technology and business expertise for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Bridging Project and Support Teams:
   • Utilize techno-functional expertise to facilitate collaboration between project and support teams.
2. New Business Implementation:
   • Lead end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from managing business requirements to integration, configuration, and production deployment.
   • Assess the feasibility of change requirements, offering optimal solutions with clear timelines.
3. Techno-Functional Solution Support:
   • Provide support for new business implementations, contributing to the entire system development from inception.
   • Assist solutioning teams in architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation.
4. ERP System Understanding:
   • Grasp both functional and technical aspects of design and architecture to be implemented in the ERP system.
   • Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate coding, testing, and production processes.
5. Business Process Implementation:
   • Translate business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology into effective ERP solutions.
   • Write code adhering to developmental standards and determine the implementation methodology.
6. Product Support and Maintenance:
   • Offer ongoing support and maintenance to clients using specific ERP solutions, resolving day-to-day queries and technical issues.
   • Create and deploy automation tools/solutions for process optimization and increased efficiency.
7. Bridge Technical and Functional Requirements:
   • Act as a liaison between technical and functional project requirements, providing solutions and advice to clients or internal teams.
8. On-Site and Off-Site Support:
   • Support on-site managers with relevant details regarding any changes and provide off-site assistance as needed.
9. Skill Upgradation and Competency Building:
   • Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications regularly to stay updated with evolving skills.
   • Attend trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge in functional and technical domains.
   • Contribute to knowledge-sharing by writing papers, articles, case studies, and publishing them on the intranet.
