1. Scope – Purchasing and Processing Service Contracts
2. Requires knowledge of different types of service contracts.
3. Obtain requests for quotation, analyze offers, and negotiate contracts.
4. Processing of approval documents in an online system based on delegation of authority.

6. Management and improvement of payment processing time.
7. Identify cost reduction opportunities using various cost optimization measures.
8. Manage periodic evaluations of his LSP by internal user authorities.
9. Modify payment terms to improve cash flow and operational management.
10. A basic understanding of make-or-buy decisions and related cost calculations.
11. Enter into a long-term service agreement.
12. Support digitalization efforts in service purchasing.
13. Supporting sustainability efforts.
14. Compliance with legal requirements related to internal audit and scope of work.
15. Preparation of her MIS on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
16. Check the validity of the contract on a monthly basis.
17. Knowledge of contractor safety management and regulatory compliance.
Education Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree
Skills Requirement
1. At least 5 years of professional experience (preferably in the automotive field).
2. Service purchase experience. Knowledge of contract and labor laws, contractor safety management and its legal implications, and relevant factory laws.
3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including knowledge of Excel.
4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
5. Understanding of cost reduction measures
6. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Knowledge of relevant tax structures.
