About The Role

This is an operational role responsible for pre-sales order processing and supporting the sales team with escalations related to processing. Responsible for delivering results that directly impact day-to-day operations, and can lead professional or technical staff and review the quality of work performed by these roles.
Responsibilities:

Manage the COF (Customer Order Form) creation and order fulfillment process from order request initiation to revenue recognition.
Manage all escalations by parties involved in the process.
Assign a countersign to all customer contracts and ensure that customer inventory is maintained.
Work with the billing team to ensure invoices are created correctly and revenue is recognized in a timely manner.
Work with debt collection agencies and customers to resolve credit disputes.
Identify options to reduce the credit provided to customers.
Prepare information for internal auditors, external auditors, and tax teams as required to ensure SOX compliance processes are followed.

Education Requirement

  • Graduation (Any Degree)

Skills Requirement

Good knowledge of sales processes and knowledge of both L20 and O2C journeys.
Hands-on experience with all deployment/ordering tools such as SFDC, REPC, Metasolv, Optimus.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise products such as GVPN, IZO, security services, video connectivity, and hosting/cloud services.
His experience in handling multiple CFT interactions will be an added value.
Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and organizational skills are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external staff at all levels (leaders, executives, customers, suppliers, agencies, etc.).
