Job Description
Metrolite Company is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Security Guards and General Duty Assistants (GDAs) in hospitals across Delhi, Haryana, Gurgaon, Gwalior, and Uttar Pradesh. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of hospital premises, as well as assisting with various general duties to support hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Guard:
- Monitor and control access to hospital premises to ensure safety and security.
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious or unauthorized activities.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies, and take appropriate action to resolve incidents.
- Assist hospital staff and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions.
General Duty Assistant (GDA):
- Assist hospital staff with routine tasks and provide support in patient care activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas.
- Aid in the transportation of patients and medical equipment as required.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures in all activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
