Job Description:
Overview: As a Credit Card Sales Executive at SBI Bank, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls and face-to-face meetings with potential customers to offer SBI credit card products.
- Understanding customers’ financial needs and recommending suitable credit card options.
- Providing information about credit card features, benefits, fees, and terms.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to credit cards.
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the bank.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting credit card sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass from a recognized board.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
