Job Description:

Overview: As a Credit Card Sales Executive at SBI Bank, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting outbound calls and face-to-face meetings with potential customers to offer SBI credit card products.
  2. Understanding customers’ financial needs and recommending suitable credit card options.
  3. Providing information about credit card features, benefits, fees, and terms.
  4. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to credit cards.
  5. Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the bank.
  6. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
