Overview: As a Production Operator at OEL, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in the molding and surface mount technology (SMT) processes. Your role will involve contributing to the production of high-quality electronic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Site Maintenance: Conduct routine checks to ensure the site premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Address any maintenance issues promptly to uphold safety standards and enhance the overall aesthetics.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels by keeping track of stock, replenishing supplies, and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with the services provided at the site.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Assist in implementing operational guidelines and procedures to optimize site performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site operations, including inventory records, maintenance logs, and customer feedback.
- Minimum 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma in relevant field.
- Prior experience in production, molding, or SMT processes is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
