Job Description:
Blinkit is seeking reliable and energetic individuals to join our team as Picker/Packer (Unloading) at our Greater Noida location. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient unloading, picking, and packing of goods in our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against manifests or invoices.
- Sort and organize items for storage or immediate distribution.
- Pick items accurately and efficiently according to order sheets or instructions.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring product safety during transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the warehouse and packing areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 pounds).
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.

- Fresher: INR 12,650 (in hand No ESIC+EPF)
