About Us: Flipkart is one of India’s leading e-commerce platforms, dedicated to delivering top-notch products and services to our customers. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Pickers, Packers, and Scanners in our Gurgaon facility.
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Picker: Efficiently pick and collect items from inventory based on order requests. Ensure accuracy in item selection and handling.
- Packer: Safely pack products for shipping, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Scanner: Accurately scan items for inventory management and order processing. Maintain and update records of scanned items and manage stock levels.
Qualifications:
- Education: 10th/12th grade or Graduate.
- Experience: Experience in warehouse operations or similar roles is advantageous but not required. Freshers with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Attention to detail, basic understanding of inventory management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good organizational skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work as per the shift requirements and the specified number of days per month.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary:
- DEO: ₹13,279 per month
- Associate: ₹12,044 per month
- Additional Earnings:
- Attendance Bonus: ₹500
- Leave Encashment: ₹800
- Night Allowance: ₹120 per night
- Overtime: ₹113 per hour
- Availability Bonus: Up to ₹7,500 per month based on attendance and working days.
