Key Responsibilities:
Picker:
- Accurately pick items from the inventory as per customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Ensure timely and error-free picking to maintain order fulfillment targets.
- Follow safety procedures and handle products with care.
Packer:
- Pack customer orders efficiently, ensuring that all products are secure and undamaged during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
Scanner:
- Use handheld scanners to scan items and ensure they are processed accurately in the system.
- Assist in inventory management by scanning items for stock checks and replenishment.
- Support in maintaining a seamless workflow by accurately recording product information.
Qualifications:
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate (any stream).
- Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
