About The Role
The Go-To-Market team works cross-functionally to set the overall business strategy, ensure channel and partner launch readiness, and manage the quarterly and long-term business planning. Our team is responsible for executing on the sales and margin guidelines, and working with OEMs and retail partners to drive sales of Chromebooks. We drive decisions for the product line (Chromebooks) to define market opportunities, including device assortment and retail execution. Combining strategy, planning, and profit and loss support, as well as day-to-day execution, we work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales, and supply chain to develop the Chrome OS business.
Responsibilities:
We own and operate Chromebook townhouses (and new townhouses that may come in the future) in Gurgaon.
Strategic thinking and execution of annual retail business plans – including budget management, partner management, creative approvals, internal and external collaboration and management approvals, contract drafting and compliance.
Work with third-party distributors and partners to perform retail activations at first-party and third-party offline facilities.
Work with Google Marketing and external partners to develop his BTL campaign that aligns with brand guidelines and promotes Google Chromebooks across offline and online channels.
Incorporate competitor analysis and share it with the broader team to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of creative execution.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Skills Requirement
Experience of working in retail operations in a consumer tech setup (laptops, mobiles, etc.).
Organized with excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to bring order and attention to detail while dealing with multiple workstreams.
Written and verbal communication skills, and ability to clearly communicate with local and geographically dispersed internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging.
