Job Overview:

Dabur Research Foundation is hiring Packing Helpers and Loading & Unloading Associates to join our team at our Kaushambi facility. This role involves assisting with packaging products, handling inventory, and supporting loading and unloading activities. Freshers with qualifications of 10th, 12th, or graduation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing Helper:

• Assist in packing products as per company guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure the proper labeling and packaging of goods for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
• Support other team members in completing daily packaging tasks.

Loading & Unloading Associate:

• Load and unload goods safely from trucks or other delivery vehicles.
• Ensure products are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Organize inventory and assist in stock management within the warehouse.
• Follow safety protocols while handling goods.

Qualifications:

• 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and moving goods.
• Basic organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Work Schedule:

• Duty Timing: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour shift).
