The Secure-24 Technical Support Representative role is a single point of contact (SPOC) for the IT support needs of our customer base. The
TSR operates within a defined service level agreement (SLA) in a fast-paced environment, including answering incoming calls, chat support, and monitoring alerts and customer-submitted tickets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Properly handle end user requests
• Keep customers updated on request status
• Ability to simultaneously speak, troubleshoot, and type (good documentation skills)
• Respond to customer issues. Demonstrate Appropriate Urgency
• Resolve First-Level Issues – Basic Articles and Steps to Follow Knowledge
• Identify Recurring Issues

Education Requirement
- Bachelor Degree
Skills Requirement
• Active Directory basics, understanding of Microsoft Server OS
• Understanding of networking basics such as TCP/IP, Ping, Trace Route
• 1+ year of technical support or IT desk support
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Fluency English
