Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment used in the assembly of mobile phones.
- Perform assembly tasks such as installing components, soldering, and testing parts.
- Ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Identify and report any issues or malfunctions in the production process to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or ITI
- Skills and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₹10,500 – ₹13,500
- Overtime Pay: Paid at double the standard rate
- Attendance Award: ₹4,500 for full attendance

Working Hours:
- Shift Timings: 9 AM -6 PM
