Job Overview:
Jindal Pipes Limited is looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our Production and Quality team. As a Production & Quality Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the quality standards of our products. Freshers with a minimum qualification of 12th pass are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production process of pipes and related products.
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure the products meet company standards.
- Support machine operators in the efficient functioning of equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Accurately record production data and report to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
- Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn on the job.
- Good attention to detail for quality assurance tasks.
Salary & Benefits:
- In-hand Salary: ₹12,500 per month.
- Attendance Award: ₹1,000 per month (based on regular attendance).
- Room or Meal Allowance: ₹1,500 – ₹1,800 per month (to assist with living or meal expenses).
Working Hours:
- 12-hour shift (rotational shifts may apply).
