About The Role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior and junior engineers in the ARE Team
- Coordinate efforts with team lead and manager
- Interact with global teams across UK, US, and APAC
- Engage in the entire service lifecycle, from design to deployment and refinement
- Support pre-live services through system design consulting and capacity planning
- Maintain live services by monitoring system health and performance
- Scale systems sustainably through automation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Software Delivery
- Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams for patching
- Conduct Disaster Recovery with DevOps Capability team
- Participate in Project-related activities
- Ensure continual update of knowledge articles for supported systems
- Provide high-level customer service under pressure
- Adhere to Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management procedures
Education Requirement
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
Skills Requirement
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Servers and Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Management of incidents, change requests, service requests, and TRT calls
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Minimum knowledge of financial markets (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Proactive attitude, self-directed, and highly motivated
