Job Description
Acer, a leading global technology company specializing in laptops and other computing solutions, is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production line team in Noida. This role will be filled through SVR hiring. As a Production Line Operator, you will be integral to the assembly and quality assurance of Acer laptops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly Line Operations:
- Perform various assembly tasks for Acer laptops, including attaching components, wiring, and installation of parts.
- Operate machinery and tools as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all components are accurately installed and meet quality standards.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct inspections to verify that assembled products meet quality and performance specifications.
- Identify and report any defects or issues in the production process.
- Follow guidelines to rectify issues and improve production efficiency.
- Maintenance and Safety:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on production equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Document production activities, including output quantities and any deviations from the standard process.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production delays to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of machinery and assembly processes.
- Willingness to undergo free training provided by Acer through SVR.
