Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international client communications via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or international process role, preferably in a BPO or multinational company.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
