Job Overview:
IGT Solutions is hiring Customer Support Associates to manage customer queries and provide excellent service for Indigo Airlines. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals, freshers are welcome to apply. As part of the customer support team, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with flight bookings, inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Indigo Airlines customers.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and queries related to services.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding Indigo Airlines’ policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as required.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate fresher or Graduate (any stream) can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work in a 6-day working week.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹16,500 CTC per month.
- Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational shifts).
