Job Introduction
In this role, you will work with an engaged, fun team, and bring creativity to grow and transform. You will set the goal and strategy for their products and services to reach users and deliver. You will work on product knowledge, consultative promoting, and account management. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Acquisitions, Product, Program, and Same-store teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
- Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
- Communicate proactively with customers via phone, chat, and email. Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and working with advertising products.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi fluently.
Skills Requirement
- 3 years of experience working in a digital agency, with a Google product focus.
- 3 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Ability to reach out to customers/cold calling and add value to the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to speak and write in any southern India language – Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam fluently.
