Job Overview:
Paytm is hiring enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team across various locations in India. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Paytm’s products and services to merchants and businesses. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for sales and who enjoy working in the field. Freshers with a qualification of 12th pass or graduation are encouraged to apply.
Job Roll – Have to sell Swipe Machine/EDC and speakers by Visiting shop to shop in local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with merchants and businesses to promote Paytm’s products and services.
- Acquire new merchants and onboard them to the Paytm platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by generating leads and closing deals.
- Educate merchants on the benefits of using Paytm for their business transactions.
- Provide on-site assistance to merchants for product installation, activation, and troubleshooting.
- Regularly report sales activities, merchant feedback, and market trends to the sales team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Paytm’s offerings and market competition.
Qualifications:
- 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Salary depends on assigned target. The target of 100 points given by the company has to be fulfilled.
Earning Potential- Upto 40000 Per Month
Monthly Target- 100 Points
Per Day- 4 Points
*There is a chance to promote yourself as Group Leader within a year.
Payment System-
There will be a target of 100 points. More than 90 points will get 100% salary.
If below 90%. As many Points as you achieve, you will get same percentage Salary.
Education- Minimum 12th Pass
Experience- Minimum 6 Months in any Sales.
Bike / Scooter is Required for Rural Area
