Job Description
Position: Production Operator
Job Location: Sector 90, Dixon Company, Noida
Job Details:
- Qualification: 10th, 12th, Graduation
- Department: Production
- Salary (Gross):
- For 10th, 12th, Graduation: ₹10,275
- For ITI: ₹11,303
- For Diploma: ₹12,661
- Additional Benefits:
- Attendance award per month: ₹2,000
- Night Allowance: ₹1,500 + Overtime Double
- Lunch/Dinner: Free
Interview Details:

Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence:

- Production Support:
- Contribute to daily production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.

- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets and deadlines.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and other departments.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices.
